Shipping Policy
Processing and Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Standard shipping typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays or peak shipping periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package does not arrive within 31 days of shipment, please contact us at parkerf.ph@gmail.com.
We will investigate the issue with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed as lost, we will offer a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.
Please note that we do not charge customers additional fees if a package is lost or delayed due to the carrier.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, you must contact us immediately at parkerf.ph@gmail.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.
Returns and Refunds Related to Shipping
If your package is confirmed lost in transit, you are eligible for a 100% refund or replacement.
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect address entries once an order has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Carrier Delays and External Factors
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
While we will always assist in tracking your order, carrier related delays do not qualify for refunds unless the package is confirmed lost.
International Shipping
International shipping times may vary due to customs processing.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.
